This role focuses on a US Healthcare IT product, driving its vision, strategy, and execution to deliver consistent value and innovation.
Lead product management and roadmap for US Healthcare IT products. Define and articulate product vision and strategy to engineering teams. Own portfolio backlog and roadmap execution, collaborating closely with UX and engineering for product design. Utilize data for compelling business cases and ensure value delivery based on MBOs.
Demonstrate product features to stakeholders and customers. Prioritize backlog items with a deep understanding of features. Actively incorporate feedback from retrospectives and proactively identify and mitigate potential issues. Foster a culture of innovation within the product portfolio.
Possess an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Demonstrate expertise in cost-benefit analysis and performance tracking to ensure product success. Apply data-driven knowledge and best practices for product enhancement. Gather business requirements, maintain product backlogs, and roadmaps.
Showcase expertise in process improvement and workflow optimization. Possess good knowledge of the payer and provider space, including medical coding and risk adjustment models. Have working knowledge of Medicaid state-specific payment cycles and tools like Aha! or Rally. Engage effectively with technology teams on existing and emerging technologies.
Proven ability to collaborate across business, engineering, product, and operations teams to achieve shared objectives. Demonstrate capability in performing win/loss analysis to inform product roadmap decisions.
