Join our Analytics team as a Product Leader to spearhead the development of next-generation transportation intelligence and decision support products.

You will own the strategy and execution for data centralization, data maturity, insights generation, and decision support signals across our entire transportation network. Collaborating closely with data engineering teams, your work will deliver high-impact analytics solutions. These solutions will drive improvements in on-time delivery, mitigate network and package issues, and keep stakeholders informed of operational status.

- Act as a subject matter expert in transportation, logistics, data centralization, insights generation, and decision support, identifying market trends and product enhancement opportunities. - Collaborate with engineering, design, and customer success teams to translate business needs into technical specifications for new product features. - Develop and communicate a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with company objectives. - Continuously analyze customer feedback and market intelligence to inform product decisions and deliver high-value solutions. - Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.

- Proven experience in owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition. - Demonstrated success in feature delivery and managing product tradeoffs. - Experience contributing to technical discussions and strategy related to product development. - Track record of managing technical products or online services. - Ability to represent and advocate for diverse customer and stakeholder needs in executive-level discussions. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent experience. - Experience in transportation operations and industry knowledge is essential. - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. - Proven leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize, communicate clearly, and influence cross-functional teams. - Experience bringing technology products to market in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Technical Product Manager.
