We leverage cutting-edge information retrieval infrastructure, extract structured data from unstructured content, and employ automatic item classification and massive storage systems. Utilizing parallel processing, Generative AI, and machine learning, we process millions of products daily to identify and prioritize new additions to Amazon's selection efficiently. Lead the definition and execution of product strategy and vision, informed by thorough internal data analysis and external market insights. Define clear, high-quality product requirements and develop roadmaps aligned with the overarching product strategy. Effectively manage prioritization and balance competing needs between customer experience, system performance, and operational support. Cultivate buy-in for the product vision among internal stakeholders and key external partners. Collaborate closely with engineering teams to bring products to market, employing agile development methodologies. Stay abreast of industry trends, including emerging opportunities and competitor activities, and report on findings. Analyze existing products and business models to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, delivering enhanced value to both developers and customers. Proactively identify and address strategic challenges that could impact the team's ability to achieve its strategic, financial, and technical objectives.

Proven track record of launching multiple impactful consumer products, demonstrating the ability to lead high-performance teams. Deep understanding of product management principles, user experience design, and software development processes, particularly agile frameworks. Strong analytical skills and the capability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams. Experience owning and driving product roadmap strategy and definition, coupled with experience in feature delivery and managing product tradeoffs. Demonstrated ability to contribute to engineering discussions regarding technology decisions and product strategy. Experience managing technical products or online services, including representing and advocating for diverse customer and stakeholder needs during executive-level prioritization and planning. A Bachelor's degree is a fundamental requirement for this role.
