Drive the vision, roadmap, and new feature requirements for Prime Video Ads supply-side technology. Lead the development and execution of a bold, customer-focused product strategy, collaborating closely with engineering, science, legal, operations, and business stakeholders.
Engage with external vendors and industry bodies to influence the market while maintaining a strong customer focus. Utilize customer feedback, measurements, and data to identify pain points and ensure the delivery of optimal features. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze metrics to measure impact and drive improvements. Partner with engineering on critical technology decisions and strategy.
A Master's degree is required, alongside a proven track record in owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition. Candidates should possess over 5 years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology.
Demonstrate experience with feature delivery and understanding product tradeoffs. Contribute effectively to engineering discussions regarding technology decisions and strategy. Experience managing technical products or online services is essential, along with the ability to represent and advocate for diverse customer and stakeholder needs in executive-level planning. Experience in an operational environment developing, fast-prototyping, piloting, and launching analytic products is preferred.
