Lead the strategy, development, and execution of innovative payer content solutions and their associated reporting and analytics capabilities. Drive the creation of API-based products designed to enhance operational efficiency, reduce claim denials, lower administrative costs, and elevate customer experiences for healthcare payers and providers.

Translate complex business challenges into scalable product requirements, working closely with engineering and operations teams. Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation through successful launch, utilizing Agile methodologies.

Engage with clients and conduct market research to identify needs and trends. Foster strong cross-functional collaboration and provide executive leadership with regular updates on product performance and progress.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, coupled with over 10 years of product management experience, ideally with ownership of complex enterprise software or platform products.

Demonstrated expertise in developing and managing healthcare technology products, with a strong preference for experience within payer, provider, revenue cycle, or healthcare operations environments. Proficiency in API-based products, content sourcing, and platform solutions is essential.

Solid understanding of Agile product development methodologies and tools is necessary, alongside proven excellence in communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership.
