You will play a pivotal role in connecting technical innovation with business strategy, guiding products from initial concept through to market launch. As a leader in Google Cloud Compute, you'll contribute to a multi-billion dollar business, specifically focusing on Google Cloud VMware Engine (GCVE). This platform enables seamless migration of VMware applications to Google Cloud, unlocking access to advanced AI capabilities. With the evolution to a self-managed solution, you will lead customer transitions, leveraging your expertise in large-scale compute, VMware infrastructure, and emerging technologies.

Lead the development and scaling of innovative customer experiences to facilitate smooth transitions of critical production workloads across diverse infrastructure.

Collaborate effectively with product and engineering teams across various Google Cloud Platform (GCP) organizations to achieve product objectives and roadmap milestones.

Gain a deep understanding of partner ecosystems and identify key industry trends driving innovation in workloads and hardware.

Provide data-driven insights to inform engineering priorities and optimize return on investment.

Foster strong collaborative relationships with peers across all levels of the cloud technology stack.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.

Possess at least 8 years of experience in product management or a related technical field.

Demonstrate 3 years of experience successfully taking technical products from inception to launch, encompassing the entire lifecycle from ideation to execution.

Showcase 3 years of experience developing or launching products/technologies within cloud environments, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), enterprise solutions, internal tools, or supply chain networks.

Experience with cloud-based services and infrastructure is preferred.

Proven ability to work cross-functionally, presenting and influencing executive stakeholders within global organizations.

Demonstrated expertise in hybrid cloud architectures, particularly with VMware environments and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Google Cloud VMware Engine (GCVE) or similar technologies.

An aptitude for effective communication and influencing decisions across all organizational levels, coupled with a proactive approach to taking initiative.

Exceptional narrative and storytelling skills to drive product adoption, usage, and market momentum.
