Google Cloud is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead innovation in its Compute offerings. This role focuses on driving the evolution of Google Cloud VMware Engine (GCVE), a key component for customers migrating VMware applications. Drive the development and scaling of new customer experiences to facilitate seamless transitions of critical production workloads across diverse infrastructure.

Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams across multiple Google Cloud Platform (GCP) organizations to achieve product objectives and align with the roadmap.

Gain deep understanding of partner dynamics and industry trends, identifying key areas of innovation for both workloads and hardware.

Leverage data-driven insights to inform prioritization of engineering initiatives and maximize return on investment.

Partner effectively with peers across all layers of the cloud stack to ensure cohesive product development.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.

Possess at least 8 years of experience in product management or a comparable technical field.

Demonstrate 3 years of experience managing technical products from conception through to successful launch, encompassing the entire development lifecycle.

Have 3 years of experience developing or launching products/technologies within cloud, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), enterprise solutions, internal tools, or supply chain networks.

Experience with cloud-based services and infrastructure is preferred, alongside a track record of working cross-functionally with executive stakeholders in global organizations.

Familiarity with hybrid cloud architectures, particularly VMware environments and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Google Cloud VMware Engine (GCVE) or similar technologies, is highly desirable.

Strong communication and influencing skills are essential, enabling you to drive decisions and take initiative across all organizational levels. Excellent narrative and storytelling abilities are key to propelling product usage and market momentum.
