Lead the creation of Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) through close collaboration with engineering, program management, and UX teams. Translate PRDs into Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for multiple development teams.
Define and champion product roadmaps, driving development and securing stakeholder buy-in for product goals that align with the overall narrative and direction.
Evaluate market size and opportunity, considering user needs, strategic potential, and business impact.
Develop and lead processes for defining, identifying, collecting, and tracking key product and business metrics, both quantitative and qualitative, for new and existing initiatives.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
Possess 8 years of experience in product management or a closely related technical field.
Demonstrate 3 years of experience in taking technical products from initial concept through to launch (end-to-end product lifecycle).
Experience integrating generative AI tools or Large Language Model (LLM) interfaces into product workflows is essential.
Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in a technology or business-related field, 5 years of cross-functional collaboration experience with engineering, UX/UI, sales, and finance teams, and 5 years of experience in a business function like strategic marketing or consulting. Additionally, 4 years of experience in preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership, 3 years in software development or engineering, and 3 years of people management experience with direct reports in a technical leadership capacity are advantageous.
