Define and execute product strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics, leveraging data analysis for informed decision-making.

Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, analytics, UX, policy, legal, and PR to achieve product goals.

Effectively communicate and rally stakeholders towards a shared vision.

Collaborate with machine learning, platform, and experience teams to develop robust, scalable solutions.

Thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility setting, working closely with AI/ML technical teams.

Possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, with a minimum of 8 years in product management or a related technical field.

Demonstrate 3 years of experience successfully launching technical products from conception to completion.

Showcase experience integrating generative AI tools or Large Language Model (LLM) interfaces into product workflows.

(Preferred) Hold a Master's degree in a technology or business-related field.

(Preferred) Have 5 years of experience in a business function such as strategic marketing, business operations, or consulting.

(Preferred) Offer 4 years of experience preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.

(Preferred) Exhibit a strong interest or background in AI/ML product management and possess excellent data analysis skills coupled with deep user empathy.
