As the dedicated owner of commerce for Copilot Growth, your primary mission is to transform commerce into an experimentation platform. This means enabling growth teams to launch new offers and price tests through simple configuration, rather than requiring bespoke engineering efforts.

Key ownership areas include: - Developing a clean model for offers, entitlements, plans, bundles, and add-ons. - Ensuring effortless purchase flows across web, desktop, and mobile, including self-service options for businesses. - Guaranteeing instant access to purchased items through robust entitlement systems. - Creating configurable, targetable, and measurable trials and offers. - Managing app store billing, renewals, and receipts across iOS, Android, and Mac. - Implementing usage-based metering and smooth payment recovery mechanisms. - Integrating comprehensive telemetry and experimentation hooks for data-driven insights.

You will collaborate closely with platform, engineering, finance, tax, legal, and store teams to drive metrics such as purchase success, time to access, checkout conversion, and experiment lead time. Your initial focus will be to understand all purchase paths, develop a hypothesis-led roadmap, and ship the first commerce improvements within your first 90 days.

To excel in this role, a Bachelor's Degree and over 6 years of experience in product management or software development are required.

Preferred qualifications include significant experience in commerce, payments, billing, subscriptions, or large-scale platform products. Strong technical acumen is essential, encompassing API contracts, data schemas, SQL proficiency, and understanding purchase edge cases. A proven track record in driving outcomes through cross-functional teams and experience with app store billing (StoreKit, Google Play Billing) including receipt validation are highly valued.

Additional advantageous experience includes entitlement or licensing systems, B2B SaaS licensing, fintech, payments, e-commerce, UPI, checkout optimization, pricing and offer engines, and mentoring other Product Managers. Familiarity with Kusto (KQL) is also beneficial.
