This Senior Product Manager role is centered on the administrator experience and self-service workflows within the shared Dataverse + Finance & Operations platform. You will independently define the strategy and roadmap for intuitive, manageable, and trustworthy environments. Your work will translate complex platform governance policies into clear administrator controls and actionable workflows, driving measurable improvements in service awareness, administrator control, and self-service capabilities.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the product strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for the Finance & Operations administrator experience and self-service workflows. This involves leveraging user research, service signals, and support insights to define the experience for understanding service health and environment status, alongside available actions to maintain dependable business operations.

You will translate platform governance policies into practical administrator controls and lifecycle workflows, empowering customers to understand usage, apply policies, and manage their data with robust visibility and control. Your responsibilities also include setting product requirements for availability, performance, observability, compatibility, and administrator control, ensuring successful task completion.

Utilize customer discovery, support insights, and product evidence to pinpoint administrator needs and collaborate with engineering on prioritizing reusable platform improvements. Drive clarity and proactivity in management and environment governance, enabling administrators to confidently manage their environments with self-service capabilities. Foster partnerships with Dataverse, application, and agent teams to ensure reliable F&O operations and support business data for evolving connected experiences.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a minimum of 8 years of experience in product, service, or program management, or software development. A Bachelor's degree is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred qualifications include at least 2 years of experience guiding a product, feature, or customer experience from discovery and design through launch, potentially including an internal tool or framework. Additionally, 4 years of experience in enhancing an in-market product or experience using customer and product metrics like adoption, task success, usage, retention, or reduced support effort is highly valued.

Experience with enterprise SaaS, ERP, cloud platforms, or administrator-facing products is beneficial. Familiarity with service telemetry, diagnostics, capacity or performance, and environment lifecycle concepts is also advantageous. We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience simplifying technically complex workflows for administrators or support teams, and those with experience in AI-assisted workflows or responsible automation, coupled with strong communication and influence skills to align engineering and partner teams.
