Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the Payer Agentic Platform (PAP) and its AI-powered solutions. Translate strategic goals into actionable product requirements, technical specifications, and user stories.
Drive execution across platform capabilities and agent-specific initiatives, including Benefit, Pricing, Policy Inquiry, and Prior Authorization. Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable platform features.
Own the technical product lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, ensuring alignment with measurable business outcomes and customer value. Support the delivery of AI-powered experiences using LLMs and agent orchestration frameworks.
Lead cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, identify risks, and ensure alignment across multiple workstreams. Coordinate execution with internal teams and external partners, representing technical product priorities in leadership reviews.
Develop integrated release plans and track milestones to ensure timely delivery of product increments. Manage issue resolution and escalation across engineering and business teams. Support commercialization readiness activities.
Define and monitor KPIs for product adoption, agent performance, delivery predictability, and business impact. Provide executive-level updates on roadmap progress and risks.
Utilize AI tools like Microsoft M365 Copilot and Teams Copilot to accelerate backlog creation, communication, and task management. Leverage AI-enabled product management tools for enhanced efficiency.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field is required. You should have 11+ years in healthcare services, technology, software development, or product management.
Possess 5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management or equivalent technology delivery roles, working directly with software engineering teams in Agile environments.
Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into detailed technical requirements, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Proven ability in managing product backlogs, roadmaps, releases, and cross-functional delivery efforts.
Experience with cloud-based platforms, APIs, system integrations, and enterprise applications is essential. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences, are critical for success.
