Join Microsoft 365 Core as a Senior Product Manager – Copilot Connectors. This role is pivotal in shaping how enterprise knowledge becomes accessible to AI by owning the strategy for Copilot's extensibility platform. You will be at the forefront of integrating enterprise data through connectors, expanding Copilot's capabilities with skills and agents, and ensuring trustworthiness through rigorous evaluation systems. Define and drive the multi-release strategy for Copilot extensibility, encompassing connectors, skills, agent capabilities, and quality evaluation systems, aligning them with company AI and M365 objectives. Develop a seamless platform and developer experience for partners and ISVs to integrate extensions while maintaining governance and ecosystem stability. Establish the benchmark for grounded AI quality by leading the EVAL strategy, enhancing retrieval, relevance, and reliability. Translate customer needs and business goals into intuitive experiences for developers and administrators, embedding intelligence across the platform. Manage feature specifications, production delivery, business analysis, and adoption plans in collaboration with a cross-functional team.

Key responsibilities include: - Owning the vision and strategy for Copilot extensibility. - Defining the platform and developer experience. - Setting the quality bar for grounded AI through EVAL strategy. - Translating customer perspectives into actionable product features. - Managing feature delivery and adoption plans.

A Bachelor's degree combined with at least 6 years of experience in product management, service management, program management, or software development is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A proven track record of 10+ years in enterprise product and/or cloud service development as a PM, with successful shipping and delivery experience, is highly preferred.
