As a Principal Consultant, you will spearhead end-to-end project delivery, adeptly managing multiple client engagements concurrently. You will provide critical functional leadership, mentor junior consultants, and consistently achieve successful customer results that adhere to stringent quality and delivery standards.

This role demands a balance of concurrent project oversight in a dynamic, high-volume consulting environment. Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional onshore and offshore teams, mentoring consultants, managing executive stakeholders, enforcing governance, proactively mitigating delivery risks, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction and project success.

A minimum of 10 years of ERP consulting experience is required, with at least 7 years specifically focused on NetSuite implementations, including 5+ years leading full-cycle projects. Expertise in Discovery, Solution Design, Configuration, Testing, Go-Live, Hypercare, and Support Transition is essential.

Key qualifications include deep functional knowledge across business processes such as Finance, SCM, CRM, and Order-to-Cash, within at least one industry vertical. Experience with SaaS/PaaS solutions, third-party integrations, and ERP extensions is expected. Familiarity with AI tools and excellent customer-facing, presentation, and communication skills are also vital.

NetSuite certifications and a CA/CPA/MBA or equivalent business qualification are highly advantageous. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial management capabilities are crucial for influencing customer decisions and achieving successful business outcomes.
