This Senior Principal Associate role within the National Indirect Tax Global Trade team in Bangalore offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a globally coordinated tax practice. You will be responsible for delivering technical excellence in indirect tax litigation, including managing and supporting cases before tax forums. This involves applying strong knowledge of indirect tax laws and regulations to case preparation and representation.

You will be skilled in developing and managing indirect tax litigation strategies, documentation, and case-related submissions. The role requires the ability to brief Counsels and effectively argue indirect tax matters with a sound legal and technical foundation, contributing to litigation workflows with a focus on compliance, case analysis, and structured issue resolution.

To thrive in this role, you should possess a Law Graduate qualification (LL.B.) with over 10 years of relevant experience.
