Key responsibilities include designing and developing interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards, translating business requirements into scalable analytics solutions, and building optimized data models. You will develop advanced DAX measures, implement ETL/ELT processes using tools like Power Query and Azure Data Factory, and integrate data from diverse sources. Performance optimization, Power BI service administration, and managing security models like RLS are also crucial. We are seeking a Senior Power BI Developer with a minimum of 10 years of overall IT experience and at least 5 years focused on Microsoft Power BI. Essential technical skills include Power BI Desktop, Service, Power Query (M Language), DAX, Data Modeling, Report Optimization, and Advanced SQL. A strong grasp of data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT processes, and the Azure ecosystem (ADF, Synapse, Azure SQL DB, ADLS) is required. Experience with stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are vital. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field and relevant Microsoft certifications are preferred.
