Design and deploy robust enforcement decisioning systems to maximize defect prevention while minimizing the impact on valuable seller selection.

Develop nuanced logic for exemptions and leniency, including thresholds for high-value listings and graduated protection mechanisms for sellers with consistent clean performance.

Lead A/B and holdout experiments to quantify the impact of threshold changes on customer experience and key business metrics, translating findings into production strategies.

A Bachelor's degree is required for this role.

You should possess proven experience in owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
