Additionally, you will mentor team members, deliver exceptional client service, and identify opportunities for EY to enhance client value.
Partner with US teams and functional leaders to align strategy, controls, and outcomes for Cyber, Finance, Risk, and ERP initiatives. Define and implement functional operating models and governance frameworks for TMO/PMO/EPMO. Drive portfolio intake, prioritization, planning, execution, and benefits tracking with robust RAID management. Embed security and compliance standards such as SOX, SOC, ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR/CCPA, supporting testing and audit readiness. Lead change management efforts, including communications, training, hypercare, and adoption metric tracking. Support client pursuits and create essential deliverables like SteerCo packs, Target Operating Models (TOMs), roadmaps, and playbooks.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Systems, Engineering, Economics, Social/Organizational Science, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree in a relevant field being preferred. A minimum of 4-7 years of experience in delivering large-scale, complex programs within consulting or industry is essential, with hands-on exposure to Cyber, Finance, Risk & Compliance, or ERP.
Must-have experience includes PMO/EPMO/TMO design and operations, program road-mapping, resource management, execution governance, portfolio management, end-to-end ERP implementation lifecycles, and Cyber/Risk initiatives.
