This role focuses on owning and enhancing moderately complex components within platform services and SDKs. You will be instrumental in driving team-level improvements for integration frameworks and developer tooling. A key aspect involves deep debugging across distributed services, ensuring fixes that safeguard downstream consumers and upgrade paths. Analysis of usage, performance, and error budgets for specific platform surfaces will guide targeted resilience and capacity optimizations. Additionally, you will author and maintain team-scoped documentation, samples, and adoption guidance, fostering a collaborative and informed development environment.

Key responsibilities include owning platform components like service modules or SDK areas, evolving their contracts for multi-tenant use, and performing deep debugging across limited service graphs to drive compatibility-safe remediation plans. You will implement targeted resilience and capacity patterns, documenting adoption guidance for team consumers. Design, test, and optimize software, adhering to and suggesting improvements for the entire development lifecycle. Lead code reviews, conduct debugging, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement software testing and quality assurance processes. Exercise judgment in performance profiling and optimization, and resolve moderately complex API functionality and integration issues. Design and develop systems aligned with pre-defined architecture, develop working knowledge of best practices, and collaborate with team leads. Collaborate internally and externally to understand customer issues, provide technical guidance, and influence team members to ensure customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution and communication.
