This role involves taking ownership of moderately complex components within platform services or SDKs. You will lead team-level improvements to integration frameworks and developer tooling, and perform in-depth debugging across distributed services to ensure stability and upgrade paths.

Responsibilities include analyzing usage, performance, and error budgets for specific platform surfaces. You will also implement targeted resilience and capacity optimizations. The role requires authoring and curating team-scoped documentation, samples, and adoption guidance.

- Own and evolve bounded platform components (service modules, SDK areas) for multi-tenant use. - Conduct deep debugging across a limited-service graph and plan compatibility-safe remediations. - Implement resilience and capacity patterns, providing adoption guidance for team consumers. - Independently design software solutions, analyze requirements, and contribute to all lifecycle phases. - Lead code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement fixes. - Develop and execute software testing strategies, including functional and non-functional testing, and ensure robust error logging and monitoring. - Perform performance profiling and optimization of code, and troubleshoot API functionality and integration issues. - Implement strategies for API versioning, lifecycle management, and interoperability. - Design and develop software aligned with pre-defined system architecture, understanding architectural decisions and best practices. - Collaborate on software architecture reviews and implement performance and scalability strategies. - Understand customer issues, align solutions, and provide technical guidance. - Mentor others, advocate for customers, and suggest product enhancements. - Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues effectively and communicating proactively.
