This role involves driving team-level enhancements for integration frameworks and developer tooling. You'll be responsible for deep debugging across distributed services, implementing fixes to safeguard downstream consumers and upgrade paths.

Analyze usage, performance, and error budgets to implement targeted resilience and capacity optimizations. You will also author and maintain team-specific documentation, samples, and adoption guidance.

Own and evolve bounded platform components, ensuring multi-tenant compatibility.

Conduct in-depth debugging across service graphs and devise compatibility-safe remediation plans.

Implement resilience and capacity patterns, providing clear adoption guidance for team consumers.

Design software solutions, analyze requirements, and adhere to/improve the software development lifecycle.

Develop new features, write documentation, and lead code reviews for designated areas.

Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and implement fixes for moderately complex software issues.

Implement software testing, quality assurance, error logging, monitoring, and observability.

Conduct performance profiling and optimization, resolving API functionality and integration issues.

Implement API versioning, lifecycle, and interoperability strategies.

Design and develop software systems aligned with architectural standards.

Collaborate with team leads on architecture alignment and implement performance optimization and scalability strategies.

Understand customer issues, provide technical guidance, and advocate for customer needs.
