Responsibilities extend to designing and developing software and services aligned with pre-defined architecture, developing working knowledge of architectural best practices, and collaborating with team leads. You'll also implement performance optimization and scalability strategies, collaborate internally and externally to understand customer issues, and provide technical guidance to customers.

Furthermore, you will coach and mentor others, advocate for customers, suggest product enhancements, and implement customer issue handling processes. Investigating complex product maintenance issues to ensure customer agreement on solutions is also expected. Collaboration on development practices, coding standards, and code quality adherence is essential. Keeping up-to-date with industry best practices, applying secure coding practices, and performing periodic system maintenance and testing are also vital responsibilities.
