Join our team as a Senior Platform Software Engineer and take ownership of critical components within platform services and SDKs. You will drive team-level enhancements in integration frameworks and developer tooling, while performing in-depth debugging across distributed services to ensure stability for consumers and upgrade paths. Analyze usage, performance, and error budgets to implement targeted resilience and capacity optimizations. You will also be instrumental in authoring and curating team documentation, samples, and adoption guidance.

- Lead the evolution of bounded platform components (service modules, SDK areas) and their contracts for multi-tenant usage. - Conduct deep debugging across a limited-service graph, creating compatibility-safe remediation plans. - Implement targeted resilience and capacity patterns, providing clear adoption guidance for team consumers. - Design software solutions, analyze requirements, and contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle. - Develop new software features and enhancements, ensuring adherence to design specifications and documenting code. - Lead code reviews and conduct debugging and troubleshooting for moderately complex software issues. - Implement comprehensive software testing, quality assurance processes, error logging, monitoring, and observability. - Profile and optimize code performance, troubleshoot API functionality and integration issues, and manage API versioning strategies. - Design and develop systems aligned with pre-defined software architecture, understanding best practices and collaborating with team leads. - Collaborate across teams to understand customer issues, align solutions, and provide technical guidance. - Coach and mentor team members, advocate for customer interests, and suggest product enhancements. - Ensure customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution and effective communication, implementing customer issue handling processes. - Investigate and troubleshoot complex product maintenance issues to ensure agreement on solutions. - Collaborate to establish and follow development practices and coding standards, ensuring code quality and adherence to acceptance criteria. - Implement secure coding practices to prevent vulnerabilities. - Perform system maintenance, upgrades, and patching, driving improvements, automation, testing, and debugging for service availability and reliability.
