Seeking a seasoned Senior Platform Software Engineer to take ownership of complex components within platform services and SDKs. This role involves leading improvements to integration frameworks and developer tooling. You will perform deep debugging across distributed services, ensuring fixes that safeguard downstream consumers and upgrade paths. Analysis of usage, performance, and error budgets will drive targeted resilience and capacity optimizations. Expect to author and curate team-scoped documentation, samples, and adoption guidance.

Key responsibilities include owning and evolving platform components (service modules, SDK areas) for multi-tenant use, and performing deep debugging across limited service graphs to drive compatibility-safe remediation plans. You will implement targeted resilience and capacity patterns, documenting adoption guidance for team consumers.

In software development and coding, you will design software solutions, analyze requirements for business goals, and adhere to/improve the software development lifecycle. Developing new features, writing clear documentation, leading code reviews, and conducting debugging and troubleshooting for moderately complex issues are also core functions. You'll implement software testing, quality assurance processes, and error logging/monitoring, while also exercising judgment for performance profiling and optimization. Troubleshooting API functionality, integration, versioning, and lifecycle strategies will be crucial.

You will design and develop software, systems, and services aligned with pre-defined system architecture, gaining a working knowledge of architectural decisions and best practices. Collaboration with team leads to ensure alignment with architecture and implementation of moderately complex performance optimization and scalability strategies are expected.

Issue/defect collaboration involves understanding customer issues, providing technical guidance, and mentoring others. You will influence the team to ensure customer satisfaction and implement customer issue handling processes. Security and compliance include adhering to development practices, coding standards, ensuring code quality, and implementing secure coding practices.
