As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will collaborate with Product and Design teams during the design phase, develop technical approaches, and deliver features. You will engage in full-stack development, testing, CI/CD pipelines, and Scrum activities. Key responsibilities include owning platform components, performing deep debugging, implementing resilience patterns, and driving compatibility-safe remediation.

You will design and develop software solutions, analyze requirements, and contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle. This includes developing new features, leading code reviews, conducting debugging, and implementing software testing and quality assurance processes. You will also be involved in performance profiling and optimization, troubleshooting API functionality, and implementing API versioning strategies.

Responsibilities extend to designing and developing software systems aligned with architecture, understanding architectural decisions, and implementing performance optimization and scalability strategies. You will collaborate with teams to resolve customer issues, provide technical guidance, and mentor others, influencing team efforts towards customer satisfaction.

Furthermore, you will ensure compliance with development practices, coding standards, and secure coding practices. This role involves performing periodic system maintenance, testing, driving automation, and ensuring service/product availability, health, and reliability.

We are seeking candidates with a BS degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience, coupled with 3-5 years in server technology development. Essential technical skills include proficiency in ES6 Javascript, ReactJS, AngularJS, and TypeScript, alongside expertise in Java and Node.js. A strong command of microservices frameworks like Spring and Micronaut, and experience building interfaces such as JSON REST APIs or GraphQL are required.

Familiarity with container-based deployment (Docker, Kubernetes), test frameworks (Postman/Newman, Junit), and a solid understanding of object-oriented JavaScript concepts, HTML5, CSS, and responsive design are also crucial. Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Oracle), developing distributed, fault-tolerant applications, and Agile Methodologies (Scrum) are necessary.

Additional desirable qualifications include knowledge of UI/UX design principles and experience with design tools. Highly desirable are AI skills like Prompt Engineering, Training Models, and LLM. Experience with distributed source control (GIT), build tools (Gradle, Maven), continuous deployment tools (Teamcity, Jenkins), and working in a Linux-based environment are preferred.

Functional qualifications emphasize hands-on experience with public cloud platforms, developing distributed, fault-tolerant applications, and Agile Methodologies. Experience with ticket tracking systems like JIRA, the ability to quickly learn new technologies, and a self-driven, independent work style are important. A strong desire for continuous learning, staying current with new technologies, and excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills are essential.
