A Senior Platform Software Engineer is sought to take ownership of complex components within platform services and SDKs. This role involves leading team-level enhancements for integration frameworks and developer tooling, alongside deep debugging across distributed services to ensure stability for downstream consumers and upgrade paths. Analyzing usage, performance, and error budgets is key to implementing targeted resilience and capacity optimizations. The position also requires authoring and curating team-scoped documentation, samples, and adoption guidance to support platform integration.

Key responsibilities include owning and evolving platform components for multi-tenant use, performing deep debugging, and driving compatibility-safe remediation plans. Implement targeted resilience and capacity patterns, along with documenting adoption guidance.

Design software solutions, analyze requirements, and improve all phases of the software development lifecycle. Develop new features, write design documents, and lead code reviews. Conduct debugging, troubleshoot complex issues, and develop fixes. Implement software testing, quality assurance, error logging, monitoring, and observability. Conduct performance profiling and optimization, and resolve API functionality and integration issues. Manage API versioning, lifecycle, and interoperability strategies.

Design and develop software systems aligned with pre-defined architecture. Gain working knowledge of software architecture decisions and best practices, and collaborate with team leads for alignment. Implement performance optimization and scalability strategies.

Collaborate across teams to understand customer issues and align solutions, providing technical guidance and support. Coach and mentor others, suggest product enhancements, and influence the team for customer satisfaction. Implement customer issue handling and training processes. Investigate and troubleshoot complex product maintenance issues.
