Join our team as a Senior Platform Software Engineer, where you'll take ownership of moderately complex components within platform services and SDKs. You'll lead team-level enhancements to integration frameworks and developer tooling. Your role will involve deep debugging across distributed services, ensuring fixes protect downstream consumers and upgrade paths. You will analyze usage, performance, and error budgets for specific platform surfaces, implementing targeted resilience and capacity optimizations. Additionally, you'll author and curate team-scoped documentation, samples, and adoption guidance.

Key responsibilities include owning and evolving platform components (service modules, SDK areas) for multi-tenant use, performing deep debugging across a service graph, and driving compatibility-safe remediation plans. You will implement targeted resilience/capacity patterns and document adoption guidance. This role also involves designing software solutions, adhering to and improving the software development lifecycle, developing new features, and leading code reviews. Conducting debugging, troubleshooting, and implementing software testing, quality assurance, and observability are essential. You'll also exercise judgment in performance profiling and optimization, and troubleshoot API functionality and integration issues. Designing and developing software aligned with pre-defined architecture, and collaborating with team leads on architectural decisions are also part of the role.
