You will spearhead team-level enhancements for integration frameworks and developer tooling. Your expertise will be crucial in performing deep debugging across distributed services, implementing fixes that safeguard downstream consumers and upgrade paths. You'll analyze usage, performance, and error budgets for specific platform areas, driving targeted resilience and capacity optimizations. Additionally, you will author and curate essential team documentation, samples, and adoption guidance.

Key responsibilities include owning and evolving platform components (services, SDKs) for multi-tenant use, performing deep debugging across limited-service graphs, and implementing compatibility-safe remediation plans. You will also implement targeted resilience and capacity patterns, documenting adoption guidance for team consumers.

Develop innovative software solutions, contributing to all phases of the software development lifecycle and suggesting improvements. You will design new features, write clear documentation, and lead code reviews to enhance code quality. Debugging and troubleshooting moderately complex issues, developing fixes, and implementing comprehensive software testing, quality assurance, error logging, monitoring, and observability are also key aspects of this role.

Contribute to software system structural design, developing services aligned with pre-defined architecture and best practices. You will also implement performance optimization and scalability strategies, collaborating with team leads to ensure architectural alignment.

Collaborate with teams to understand and resolve customer issues, providing technical guidance and support. You will mentor others, advocate for customer interests, and suggest product enhancements based on feedback, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution and effective communication.

Adhere to and establish development practices, coding standards, and secure coding practices to prevent vulnerabilities. You will also perform periodic maintenance and testing operations for systems, driving improvements in automation, testing, and debugging to ensure service availability and reliability.

This role requires managing work independently, monitoring timelines, and proactively prioritizing tasks while adapting to changes. Building and maintaining strong cross-team collaborations to achieve shared objectives and understand business, stakeholder, and customer needs is essential.

You will independently identify and address standard and non-standard issues, escalating complex ones as appropriate.
