Join our dynamic team as a Senior Platform Software Engineer and take ownership of critical components within our platform services and SDKs. You will drive improvements in integration frameworks and developer tooling, while performing in-depth debugging across distributed services to ensure stability and seamless upgrades.

This role involves analyzing usage, performance, and error budgets to implement targeted resilience and capacity optimizations. You will also be responsible for authoring and curating essential documentation, samples, and adoption guidance for the team.

Key responsibilities include owning platform components, evolving their contracts for multi-tenant use, and driving compatibility-safe remediation plans. You will implement resilience and capacity patterns, and create adoption guidance.

Furthermore, you will design, test, and optimize software, adhering to and suggesting improvements in the development lifecycle. This includes leading code reviews, conducting debugging, and implementing various software testing and observability practices. You'll also exercise judgment in performance profiling and troubleshooting moderately complex API issues.

Architectural contributions involve designing systems aligned with pre-defined architecture and developing a strong understanding of best practices. You will collaborate to ensure alignment with architectural decisions and implement performance optimization and scalability strategies.

Issue resolution requires collaboration to understand customer issues and provide technical guidance. You will mentor others, advocate for customers, and implement issue handling processes. Investigating complex product maintenance issues to find long-term solutions is also crucial.

Compliance involves collaborating on development practices and coding standards, ensuring code quality, and implementing secure coding practices. As a Senior Platform Software Engineer, you will independently manage your workload, monitor timelines, and adapt to shifts in resources or timelines. Effective collaboration across teams to achieve shared objectives and build strong partnerships is essential.
