Seeking a Senior Platform Software Engineer to take ownership of complex components within platform services and SDKs. This role involves leading improvements to integration frameworks and developer tooling, as well as performing in-depth debugging across distributed services to ensure system stability and upgrade paths. You will analyze usage, performance, and error budgets to implement targeted resilience and capacity optimizations.

Authored documentation, samples, and adoption guidance will be a key part of this position, ensuring smooth integration and utilization by development teams.

Take ownership of platform components, evolving their contracts for multi-tenant environments. Debug across service graphs, implementing compatibility-safe remediation plans. Develop and implement resilience and capacity patterns, providing clear adoption guidance. Design software solutions, analyze requirements, and contribute to all development lifecycle phases. Lead code reviews, conduct debugging, and implement fixes for complex software issues. Develop and implement software testing, quality assurance, and observability mechanisms. Optimize code performance and troubleshoot API functionality and integration issues. Implement API versioning, lifecycle, and interoperability strategies. Design and develop systems aligned with software architecture, incorporating performance and scalability enhancements. Collaborate internally and externally to address customer issues and provide technical guidance. Mentor colleagues, advocate for customer interests, and drive product enhancements. Ensure customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution and effective communication. Follow development practices, coding standards, and implement secure coding practices. Perform system maintenance, upgrades, and drive improvements in automation, testing, and debugging.

Demonstrated experience in owning and evolving platform components, including services and SDKs. Proficiency in deep debugging across distributed systems and driving resolutions.
