Seeking a Senior Platform Software Engineer to own and advance moderately complex components within platform services and SDKs. This role involves leading team-level enhancements to integration frameworks and developer tooling. You will conduct deep debugging across distributed services, driving fixes to ensure downstream consumer stability and smooth upgrade paths. Analysis of usage, performance, and error budgets will inform targeted resilience and capacity optimizations. Collaboration on team-scoped documentation, samples, and adoption guidance is also a key aspect.

Key responsibilities include owning platform components, evolving their contracts for multi-tenant use, and performing deep debugging across limited service graphs. You will drive compatibility-safe remediation plans and implement targeted resilience/capacity patterns, providing documentation for team consumers. This role also involves designing software solutions, identifying requirements for business goals, and adhering to/improving all phases of the software development lifecycle. Developing new features, leading code reviews, and conducting debugging/troubleshooting for moderately complex issues are essential. Implementing software testing, quality assurance, and error logging, along with performance profiling and optimization, are critical. You will also troubleshoot API functionality, integration, versioning, and lifecycle strategies. Responsibilities extend to designing and developing software aligned with system architecture, understanding best practices, and collaborating on architectural reviews. Collaborating beyond the immediate team to understand customer issues, providing technical guidance, and coaching/mentoring others are also vital.
