As a Senior People Technology Analyst, your core responsibilities include acting as a Subject Matter Expert for Oracle US HR and payroll modules. You will partner with various departments to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, recommending enhancements for greater efficiency and effectiveness.

Key duties involve accurate payroll processing, including mass uploads and control, alongside creating and executing monitoring processes to ensure data quality and timely payroll runs. You will also develop and run data queries for internal clients and audit requests, while diligently researching and owning the resolution of identified problems.

This role requires a Graduate with a minimum of 5 years of overall professional experience, including at least 3 years focused on US payroll within a cloud-based ERP environment. Proficiency in SQL Query is mandatory.

Essential skills include experience with acquisition mapping, fit/gap analysis, setup, and testing. A strong understanding of MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel, coupled with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities in payroll is crucial. You must demonstrate the capacity to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
