As a Senior People Development Analyst, your core responsibilities will include:
- Facilitating engaging behavioral, professional, and capability development programs in virtual and in-person settings, ensuring high-quality delivery and positive business impact. - Preparing training materials, managing session logistics, and overseeing the smooth execution of all learning programs. - Gathering participant feedback to drive continuous improvement in learning effectiveness and maintaining high facilitation standards. - Supporting capability leaders and Learning Business Partners in executing learning strategies and development initiatives. - Coordinating learning calendars, nominations, communications, and stakeholder engagement, while tracking key program metrics. - Managing learning projects from inception to completion, including planning, communication, governance, and risk mitigation. - Overseeing end-to-end onboarding readiness and delivery for the Chennai site, ensuring a seamless experience for all new hires. - Building strong partnerships with business leaders, HR teams, facilitators, and vendors, acting as a trusted learning advisor.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related field. - Proven experience working effectively with multiple stakeholders in a matrixed environment. - Substantial experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Capability Development, Learning Operations, or HR programs. - Demonstrated success in facilitating behavioral, leadership, professional, or capability development programs. - Strong program and project management capabilities. - A solid understanding of adult learning principles and various learning methodologies. - Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
Preferred qualifications include certifications in Learning & Development, Facilitation, Instructional Design, Coaching, or Project Management, as well as experience supporting large-scale capability initiatives and working within global or matrix organizations.
