Seeking a Senior Pega Developer/Senior System Architect with extensive experience in enterprise Pega application development. This role involves architecting and implementing innovative solutions, particularly within financial payment operations and investigation workflows.

As a key member of our team, you will leverage your deep understanding of Pega capabilities and global payment systems to drive automation and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate possesses mandatory Pega certifications and a passion for technical excellence.

Architect, configure, and deploy comprehensive solutions using the Pega Smart Investigate framework to streamline exception and dispute resolution.

Design and implement technical solutions for core payment operations, including SWIFT, ACH, wire transfers, and cross-border payment investigations.

Build and maintain scalable case management workflows, business process rules, data models, and background processing components.

Design and configure secure enterprise-grade integrations using REST, SOAP, MQ, Kafka, and file listeners to connect Pega with external banking systems.

Enforce Pega guardrails, conduct code reviews, and optimize application performance by troubleshooting code errors and processing bottlenecks.

Provide subject matter expertise on architectural direction and mentor junior engineers within an Agile/Scrum environment.

Minimum 7+ years of dedicated hands-on experience developing enterprise applications on the Pega PRPC platform, with Pega 8.x experience preferred.

Proven, direct project experience with the Pega Smart Investigate framework and a deep operational understanding of global payment systems and banking regulations.

Mandatory valid Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA / SSA) certifications.

Master-level knowledge of Pega Case Management, Enterprise Class Structure (ECS) design, Data Pages, Declarative expressions, UI rules, and Report Definitions.

Strong experience with SQL queries, database indexing, data mapping, and standard middleware connectivity protocols.

Familiarity with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD tools, and modern Scrum frameworks is beneficial.
