Seeking a seasoned Senior Oracle Database Administrator with 6-10+ years of experience to manage and support critical production environments. This role is pivotal in ensuring the performance, availability, and reliability of our Oracle databases, especially those on Exadata and RAC/ASM.

Key responsibilities include administering and supporting Oracle databases on Exadata and RAC/ASM environments. You will troubleshoot performance, availability, backup/recovery, Data Guard, and infrastructure issues. This role also involves performing database upgrades, migrations, installations, and patching.

Managing and troubleshooting RMAN backup/recovery and Data Guard environments is crucial. You will also conduct performance analysis, recommend improvements, and handle critical production incidents, providing timely technical resolution. Collaboration with global teams and maintaining high standards of availability and reliability are expected.

Candidates must possess 6-10+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle DBA or Database Engineer. Essential skills include strong Oracle Database Administration, Exadata architecture, Oracle RAC/ASM, Performance Tuning, Data Guard (Physical Standby, Active Data Guard, Broker), and RMAN Backup/Restore/Recovery.

Proficiency in database installation, upgrades, migrations, and patching is required. Excellent production troubleshooting skills, strong written/verbal communication, and a customer-facing mindset are necessary. Willingness to work in shifts and weekends is also required.
