Key responsibilities include the administration and support of Oracle databases on Exadata and RAC/ASM environments. You will troubleshoot issues related to performance, availability, backups, recovery, Data Guard, and infrastructure. The role involves performing database upgrades, migrations, installations, and patching, as well as managing RMAN backup/recovery and Data Guard setups.

Further duties encompass performance analysis and recommending improvements, handling critical production incidents with timely resolution, and collaborating effectively with customers and global engineering/support teams. Maintaining high standards of availability, reliability, customer satisfaction, and engineering quality is paramount.

We are looking for candidates with 6-10+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle DBA or Database Engineer supporting enterprise production environments. Essential skills include strong Oracle Database Administration & Troubleshooting, Oracle Exadata architecture and administration, Oracle RAC and ASM, and Oracle Database Performance Tuning. Proficiency in Data Guard (Physical Standby, Active Data Guard, Data Guard Broker) and RMAN Backup, Restore & Recovery is required.

Candidates must have experience with database installation, upgrades, migrations, and patching, along with strong production troubleshooting skills across performance, availability, RAC/ASM, backup/recovery, and patching. The ability to diagnose and resolve complex production incidents under pressure is crucial.
