Join our team as a Senior Operations Associate and play a crucial role in optimizing inventory management and vendor relations. This position involves ensuring seamless inventory replenishment and actively resolving operational challenges for multiple brands and vendors.

As a key contact, you will collaborate with brand/vendor points of contact to maintain consistent inventory levels and input essential metrics. Your expertise will be vital in guiding brands and vendors through the inbound inventory process to our fulfillment centers.

This role requires proactive engagement with external Operations stakeholders at vendor sites to identify and troubleshoot any inbound issues, ensuring smooth logistical flow. You will also serve as the primary liaison for any brand escalations concerning catalogue, inventory, or operational matters.

Collaborate with brand/vendor points of contact to guarantee regular inventory replenishment and accurate metric input. Support multiple brands/vendors by facilitating inventory inbound processes to fulfillment centers. Engage with external Operations stakeholders at vendors to effectively troubleshoot inbound delivery issues. Act as the primary point of contact for any brand escalations related to catalogue, inventory, or operational concerns.

Possession of a Bachelor's degree. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products and applications.

Preferred: At least 2 years of experience with advanced Excel functions such as pivots and lookups.
