Join our team as a Senior Operations Associate and play a crucial role in managing inventory and operational processes for various brands.

This position involves collaborating with brand and vendor contacts to ensure consistent inventory replenishment and track key performance metrics. You will provide hands-on support to multiple brands and vendors, assisting them with inventory inbound processes into our fulfillment centers.

We seek an individual who can effectively communicate with external operations stakeholders at vendor locations to resolve any inbound-related challenges. You will serve as the primary point of contact for brand escalations concerning catalogue, inventory, or operations issues.

Collaborate with brand/vendor points of contact for consistent inventory replenishment and metric tracking. Provide direct support to multiple brands and vendors, facilitating inventory inbound to fulfillment centers. Address and troubleshoot inbound issues by working with external operations stakeholders at vendor sites. Act as the main contact for brand escalations regarding catalogue, inventory, and operational concerns.

Possess a Bachelor's degree. Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office products and applications. Familiarity with SQL is considered a plus. This role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
