Deliver comprehensive training on core systems, processes, and applications for new operational team members. Provide impactful training aligned with Our United Culture, including continuing education and performance improvement.

Contribute to instructional design and curriculum development for large-scale projects. Offer constructive feedback to trainees and operations managers on progress and areas for development.

Maintain expertise in supported functional areas and prepare new material through various methods like side-by-sides and self-study. Conduct log-in labs, provide on-the-job training, and offer follow-up support post-training. Assist low performers and ensure compliance with all company policies and directives.

We seek a Graduate with no active backlogs and over 3 years of experience in business management or training, preferably within healthcare revenue cycle management services (AR-Backend with Acute/Amb experience).

Proven expertise as an AR Denials Trainer is essential, requiring experience in classroom, webinar, and blended learning environments. A solid understanding of US Healthcare RCM, including post-billing, AR, and denials, is critical.

Demonstrated skills in understanding denial types, payer policies (Medicare, Medicaid, UHC, Aetna, Cigna, BCBS), and appeals/reconsiderations are necessary. Proficiency with CPT, ICD-10, modifiers, LCD/NCDs, root cause analysis, denial trend identification, and AR/denial KPIs is expected. Familiarity with billing systems, payer portals, EOBs/ERAs, CMS, and HIPAA compliance is also required.
