Join NTT DATA as a Senior Operational Analyst in Bengaluru, India, and contribute to a forward-thinking organization. This role focuses on technical specialization in daily operations, emphasizing monitoring, case management, and knowledge management. You'll perform operational activities leveraging product-specific training and technical expertise to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include proactive monitoring for availability and system health, triaging alerts, and managing operational KPIs. You will handle case management for incidents, service requests, and vulnerabilities within SLAs, providing first and second-level support. Furthermore, you will create and maintain knowledge articles, conduct internal knowledge transfers, and identify improvement proposals through continuous review of incidents and requests. Active participation in Agile ceremonies and support for Service Lead Analysts and Service Managers are also integral to this role.

We are seeking candidates with 5-7 years of experience in IT Operations, ITSM, and ITIL, along with a strong foundation in Microsoft Technologies such as Azure, Azure DevOps CI/CD, and MS Power Platform. Proficiency in API development, scripting, and automation is essential. Experience with ServiceNow, monitoring tools like Datadog and Grafana, and DevOps principles is highly valued.
