Drive vulnerability remediation and lifecycle management for Cisco Catalyst, Cisco wireless, Meraki switching, and Meraki wireless platforms.

Execute software and firmware upgrades across various Cisco and Meraki network devices. Review security advisories and translate findings into actionable remediation plans.

Plan and lead code upgrades, platform refreshes, and technology migrations across global office environments. Prepare detailed implementation plans, rollback procedures, and stakeholder communications.

Present technical changes to Change Advisory Boards and coordinate testing and deployment with global teams. Perform advanced troubleshooting of campus LAN, switching, and wireless environments.

Lead incident recovery efforts and participate in service restoration. Conduct root cause analysis and support Problem Management for recurring issues.

Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and contribute to operational runbooks and documentation. Identify opportunities for automation and standardization.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.

A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in enterprise campus network engineering, switching, wireless, or related network technology support is essential.

Proficiency with Cisco Catalyst 9000 Series, Cisco Catalyst 9800 Wireless Controllers, and Meraki MS/MR platforms is required. Strong understanding of Layer 2/Layer 3 campus technologies, wireless fundamentals, and Wi-Fi standards (802.11ac, 802.11ax, Wi-Fi 6E) is crucial.

Experience with Cisco Catalyst Center (DNA Center) and ITIL practices is expected. A CCNP Enterprise certification is preferred, with CCNA required.

Demonstrated ability in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and preparing technical documentation is vital. Experience with automation tools like Python or Ansible is a plus.

Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills are necessary for this global role. Willingness to work flexible hours and travel when required is expected.
