Provide essential operational support for Google Cloud Platform (GCP) customers and internal teams.

Assist customers in resolving network service issues, focusing on connectivity and performance troubleshooting.

Validate and rigorously test customer configurations within an interoperability lab environment.

Develop workflow automation to significantly enhance the customer experience.

Lead initiatives to improve documentation, playbooks, and training materials for support organizations and Network Operations Centers (NOCs).

Drive process enhancements and automate service delivery and turn-up procedures.

Participate in an on-call rotation to manage escalated critical issues.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience is required.

Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in network engineering is essential.

Proven experience with enterprise network engineering and managing technical issue resolution.

Familiarity with third-party network vendor interactions is expected.

Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and drive towards solutions.

Knowledge of network operations, internet service providers, carrier landscapes, and debugging physical infrastructure is crucial.

Experience with router, switch, and firewall configuration is mandatory.
