Key responsibilities include monitoring network performance for optimal availability and reliability, troubleshooting and resolving network issues promptly, and performing routine maintenance like software and hardware updates. You will install and configure network devices, implement robust security measures, and maintain detailed documentation of network configurations. Collaboration with vendors for new technologies, responding to user-reported issues, and recommending system upgrades based on performance trends are also crucial. This role provides first-level troubleshooting support and assists in network hardware/software deployment, while also managing documentation and schematics. You will work with senior engineers on complex challenges, perform regular updates, and respond quickly to alerts and requests. Staying abreast of emerging technologies and participating in a 24/7 on-call rotation is expected.

Candidates should possess any degree and have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. A foundational understanding of networking concepts and protocols is essential. Proficiency in using network monitoring tools and a demonstrated ability for solid problem-solving with keen attention to detail are required. Excellent communication and customer service skills, along with the capacity to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, are vital for success in this role.
