NTT DATA is seeking a skilled Senior MuleSoft Production Support Engineer to join our team. As a MuleSoft Production Support Engineer, you will provide L1/L2 support for MuleSoft APIs and integrations. You will be responsible for monitoring production environments, responding to incidents within SLAs, and performing root cause analysis for integration issues. Managing tickets and change records through ServiceNow is a key part of this role.

Key duties include proactive monitoring of MuleSoft applications, analyzing logs to resolve issues, and supporting deployment validation. You will also contribute to documenting recurring issues and operational procedures, and participate in on-call rotations to manage critical incidents.

We are looking for candidates with 4-6 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years specifically in MuleSoft production support. Hands-on experience with Mule 4 applications, Anypoint Platform, and various deployment models is essential. Proficiency in troubleshooting MuleSoft applications, analyzing logs, and resolving production issues is required.

Experience with ServiceNow for ITSM processes is mandatory. Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, Unix/Linux commands, and ITIL processes is also expected. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are crucial for success in this role. Experience with Splunk is a preferred advantage.
