Architect and develop advanced memory systems to enhance performance, power efficiency, and complexity. Conduct performance modeling and simulation to identify key optimizations. Implement and maintain high-level functional and performance models. Analyze application workloads and simulation results to pinpoint micro-architectural trade-offs.
Debug issues across high-level models, RTL simulations, and silicon. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including ASIC design, verification, software, and product development, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
A Master's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required. A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in SoC architecture and development, with expertise in areas like MMU, address translation, memory caching, interconnects, or DRAM controllers, is essential.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective collaboration within a dynamic, product-focused, and distributed team environment.
