As a Senior Medical Coder, you will be responsible for accurately coding medical records using ICD-10 and CPT standards, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations.

You will interpret and evaluate medical data, querying responsible parties for any discrepancies or inaccuracies. Meeting quality, productivity, and deadline standards is crucial. For outpatient encounters, you will apply official coding guidelines from the AMA and CMS.

Additional duties include assigning appropriate discharge physician information and maintaining minimum data standards as per defined KRAs and Client SLAs. Compliance with all company policies and procedures is expected.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in IPDRG Coding is mandatory for this role.
