Your technical acumen will be crucial in ensuring adherence to codes and standards, developing infrastructure enhancements, and acting as a subject matter expert in specialized areas such as cooling or electrical systems. This position directly supports our AI mission, facilitating the rapid and safe development of AI infrastructure.

Collaborate with partners, clients, and key stakeholders to define and communicate mechanical, HVAC, and MEP design strategies for the long term. Champion new programs based on identified needs and guide them through successful execution.

Oversee diverse work programs, coordinating teams and engineers to set the pace for data center service and infrastructure development. Prepare detailed calculations, MEP assessments, product selection criteria, project documentation, quality checks, compliance reports, process maps, and presentations to track project progress.

Analyze service and system performance data to generate actionable insights and recommendations. Apply strong quantitative analysis skills, interpreting technical and commercial information from various sources to drive informed decisions.

Take ownership of delivering project milestones on schedule.

A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field, is required. Alternatively, equivalent practical experience will be considered. A minimum of 5 years of experience in mission-critical facility design and construction environments is essential.

Proven experience in project management, vendor management, and effective stakeholder engagement is necessary. Familiarity with HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design plans and strategic implementation is crucial, alongside hands-on experience with mechanical infrastructure.

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. Experience managing data center infrastructure and fit-out projects, including partner and stakeholder collaboration, vendor management, and customizing project management tools, is highly advantageous.

Knowledge of greenfield fit-out construction, navigating fit-out permits and statutory requirements, and understanding local industry standards and codes will further strengthen your candidacy.
