Collaborate with partners, customers, and key stakeholders to define and articulate mechanical, HVAC, and MEP design plans and long-term strategies. Initiate new programs based on evolving needs and champion their successful execution from inception to completion.

Oversee multiple workstreams, engage cross-functional teams and engineers, and set the pace for the development, deployment, and delivery of data center services and infrastructure. Prepare detailed mechanical and MEP calculations, define product selection criteria, develop project documentation, conduct quality checks, establish code and compliance metrics, map processes, and create presentations and tracking reports to provide comprehensive project status updates.

Analyze service and system performance data, translating insights into actionable recommendations and strategic plans. Employ strong quantitative analysis skills, interpreting both technical and commercial information from diverse data sources. Take ownership of driving project deliverables to meet deadlines consistently.

We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Data Center Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in mission-critical facility design and construction. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience is required.

Demonstrated experience in project management, vendor management, and stakeholder management is essential. You should possess a strong background in HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design plans and strategy, along with expertise in mechanical infrastructure.

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or a related discipline. Experience managing data center infrastructure and fit-out projects, including partner and stakeholder management, vendor management, and customizing project management tools, is highly valued. Familiarity with greenfield fit-out construction, permit processes, statutory requirements, and local industry standards and codes is also advantageous.
