This role is part of our National Tech Consulting team, focusing on transforming businesses through innovative technology solutions. We emphasize a client-centric approach, driving long-term value by solving complex strategic challenges. Our Tech Consulting arm leverages people, technology, and innovation, placing humans at the core, utilizing technology at speed, and enabling innovation at scale.

Lead enterprise QA/QE transformations and manage distributed organizations and TCoEs. Drive significant portfolio and program outcomes, client engagements, and governance structures. Develop and mentor senior QE talent within global, cross-functional teams. Oversee technical excellence in quality engineering and software testing across diverse enterprise technology environments. Define target operating models and build scalable TCoE capabilities. Implement Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and continuous testing practices for quality modernization. Spearhead AI-enabled testing strategies and intelligent automation roadmaps.

A Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is required, alongside over 12 years of experience in software testing, Quality Engineering, consulting, or technology services. Candidates must demonstrate proven leadership in enterprise QA/QE transformations and managing large portfolios and programs. Experience with modern automation, API, mobile, performance, security, and test management tools is essential. Industry experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, or Technology is highly valued. Relevant certifications in Quality Engineering, Agile, DevOps, Cloud, AI, or program management are a plus. A Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science with 10+ years in Quality Assurance & Testing is the minimum educational and experience requirement.
