This role is part of the National TAX - ITTS - Advisory team in New Delhi. Our globally coordinated tax professionals provide comprehensive services across all tax disciplines, helping clients navigate an era of rapid change. We combine deep expertise with advanced technology platforms to deliver strategic insights and facilitate better business decisions. Our teams excel in assisting companies with understanding global tax policies and laws for planning and compliance, leveraging transformative technologies to manage tax obligations, operations, and workforce effectively to reduce risk and drive sustainable value.

Drive technical excellence in transaction tax advisory, focusing on the structuring of complex domestic and cross-border deals. Evaluate the tax implications of mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, and other strategic transactions with a high degree of proficiency.

Design efficient and compliant transaction structures by applying advanced technical tax knowledge. Manage advisory assignments, including tax due diligence and related transaction support, with a strong understanding of general consulting frameworks to translate technical tax analysis into practical client solutions.

To excel in this role, a Chartered Accountant qualification is essential, supported by a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
